Antony Flew shows what happens when one honestly follows the evidence wherever it leads. As one of the world’s most important philosophical atheists, doing just that has led him out of atheism and into theism (deism for all you nitpickers): or, as he puts it, his “discovery of the divine.” I highly recommend reading his latest co-work (with Roy Abraham Varghese) There is a God: How the World’s Most Notorious Atheist Changed His Mind (New York: Harper One, 2007).
